Singing to Renew Your Mind
Word
Since 2017, I have been on a journey to heal from anxiety. I have been shown time and again that healing comes through the Word of God and through the grace of Jesus. When I keep my mind on him and his love and meditate on his Word, I'm able to turn from the unwanted thoughts and change the way my body responds.
Singing
2020 has revealed another way -- singing and worship, especially songs with scripture. Love songs help too.
Nature
I feel such peace when I hear the rain and rainbows are the best, a symbol of hope.
My goal is to combine all of these elements into these videos.
